Wonderful human beings. Anthony was called to my house after midnight to clear a blocked sewer line, as it turned out the problem was in the toilets themselves. Even at that late hour, he took his time to detect the root of my problem. He was cheerful and empathetic to my plight as he happily gave me a lesson in plunging and snaking 101! His kindness and understanding to my disabled roomie was beyond the extra mile in service. He definitely deserves the "Golden Plunger Award" in my book! He made the repair such a pleasant experience, not only would I ask for him for all my plumbing needs, I would flush excessive toilet paper just to have him to have him come back (just kidding folks)!!!
My air went out on the hottest day of the summer, of course. Jaime and Tyler were there a few hours after I called thankfully. My issue was an unusual one and it took them some time to figure out but together they figured it out and had me back up and running. Very nice guys and workers and very kind and polite. Great experience...thank you so much...
ARS openly admitted a small service mistake was made upon install and immediately sent out a technician to make it right... within 24 hours everything was up and running just before the hottest day of the summer, and the technician was professional efficient and the repair was completely very quickly. ARS even went above and beyond to call a few days later to make sure the AC was continuing to run well. I really appreciated the outstanding customer service.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars.. Anthony was fantastic and friendly with my kids and dog. He fixed the clog in my kitchen sink, clearing some grease and other gunk out of the goose neck. He also proceeded to clean up the stinky water that splattered under the cabinet with soapy water. He just did a great job, I would recommend ARS to anyone and will definitely use them in the future!
Love the company! Great communication, great service. John Merkel was a huge help to me and my family. He was very friendly and took a lot of stress off of me.
